The deal with me is that when I go shopping the halo of picking a particular trend or a particular colour floats very bleakly on me. I know this can label me
a little unprofessional or careless considering what I do, but more often than not this judgement leaves me happily surprised. That is because I get to savoir a "I picked what's in trend" moment. Case in point these fig jeggings. I went shopping to pick up the much popular and rather common red or hot pink pair. Absence of my size and presence of I.have.to.get.one.today attitude, stumbled me upon this pair. I wasn't happy with my purchase until I skimmed a few fashion magazines to realize that this lush blend of salmon, pastel rose and rich pink was one of 'the colours' for spring. And before you know it...the happy halo was back and bright!! Next on agenda, a semi-professional meeting and an I.have.to.wear.these.today.come.what.may attitude. Hence, a navy teaming and the structured blazer. A subtle stack-up and a floral scarf helped me sober the heaviness the blazer brought to the look. And off I was...
